Return Policy 💕

We want you to love every piece you order from Twin Set Threads! If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit. 

How It Works

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.

• To start a return, please email us at shop@twinsetthreads.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

• Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label.

• The cost of the return label will be deducted from your store credit total once the return is processed.

• Store credit will be issued once your item is received.

Important Notes

• Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

• Sale items, accessories, and jewelry are final sale and not eligible for return.
